Navigation Grouping and Verify Workflow Request

Context

After the MkDocs Terminal site was in place, the user agreed to continue with two follow-up improvements: better grouped concept navigation and an automated verify workflow.

Durable Decisions

• Concept pages should be grouped into clearer sub-sections instead of one flat list.
• GitHub should run the same verification entrypoint used locally.
• The stable verification surface remains make verify.
